I think I bricked my XV6800 somehow

Ok reading this post, gives me some hope as I can get my phone into bootloader tri color screen. The phone is stuck at the First Sprint startup Logo. There is no memory card in it. The Roms and even official Sprint one says I need an activesync connection. Well, I can't get one in bootloader or when it's stuck on the first Sprint startup screen...
