So you tried going to to link on your phone or copying the .apk?
I installed it on mine today on rooted stock with no issues, so must be a rom issue.

Try this method?

Step 2 - Get Application Download Link Via Text Message

I'm thinking it's a ROM issue. Check out this screenshot of the "Supported Devices" page. It says Epic, but only 2.1, and last but not least, this picture ISN'T EVEN AN EPIC.

Crying out loud. The Epic4G is the Rodney Dangerfield of smartphones!

Stock 2.2, rooted also, it works. Can't post screenshot from work, but it shows my phone in my building(viewing from IE) and made the alarm sound and backed up my contacts. Won't try a wipe until i have a backup and am not at work.

One of the sites that reviewed this new app already said that if you have a custom rom on your epic it will not work. I don't remember which site I saw this on, but it will most likely work on the stock rom. My friend has it on his epic and it works fine. I really do love the pic quality on that phone.

Some custom roms are using the i9000 info for the protected apps on the market..if we are using a custom rom with i9000 signature it can cause that..

Ya I'm on it. I can't believe I actually thought Sprint would do something right for a change, no big deal that it doesn't work with my custom MidnightROM, but at least make a good app for the phones it DOES work on!

TEP App is too supported. I used it for a day then uninstalled. (I have plenty of better apps that take care of my phone.)
