Root with EB13...is it necessary?

well the title says it all. i just updated to froyo EB13 and of course i have lost root (or that is what i was told would happen). so, not that im all updated i would like to get my apps and backups going and have realized that i used titanium backup to backup my files/apps. when i was going to download it from the market i remembered that it needs root for this app. so hence my questions...is it necessary and if so, is the procedure the same as before? also, is clockworkmod something needed/useful now as well?

One-Click-Root w/Clockworkmod 2.5.5 still works.

Re: Root with EB13...is it necessary?

If you want to do things and use apps that require root, then yes, it's necessary. Like J.B said, One-Click-Root w/Clockworkmod 2.5.5 still work. That's what I used.
