ok after i downloaded the gps app you mention gten the phone did a update to google maps and its working great now but when the screen turns off i turned it back on the location goes off for a second and then quickly gets a lock. How do i make it so the screen wont turn off when using gmaps?
and supernova just uploaded the rom so now im gonna try that hopefully it doesnt mess up the gps |

AFAIK you can't "uninstall" clockwork. You have to use Odin and reflash the stock ROM. Then you can start over with another root/CW method. Why didn't 2.5.5 work? Its pretty much automated, all you have to do is click "run".

it worked for installing. .. the file for what I thought was uninstalling didn't work but I ended up using Odin anyway so I'm cool now. |
