Re: Nexus S vs Epic 4G

The tech specs are the same..biggest difference is 16gb memory but no sd card...and curved screen with what I am guessing is no PenTile...and of course lastly the keyboard difference, There is also an NFC but no many use tat yet so..otherwise its the same...

Nfc there's a good wiki on this... its already in use for transportations in the metro areas:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Near_field_communication

Imagine if I use my phone to pay fare on the bus or subway... or pay gas at exxon. Pretty cool.

The epic has what memory 256mb am I right?

I'm at least impressed the fact that google adopted samsung's humming bird processor in their next generation high end phones instead of the crappy snap dragon lol

I think Gingerbread would be easy to obtain on the Epic considering that both phones using identical chipsets manufactured by samsung.

Re: Nexus S vs Epic 4G

Talk about "downgrade" Verizon's Continuum's hardware is the worst yet and ugly. Who the hell would want something with 2 displays... I got enough headache with Android's already complicated OS.

I think the current version is the generic international version and T-mobile just happens to be getting it..aka it wasn't "specifically" made for T-mobile...

Actually continuum is 1 screen..what happens is since amoled uses 0 energy on pixels that are off..they just cut the 4" display into 2..but its still 1 display.
