What if we thought owning the ipad was worst than owning the iphone based on everyones opinion... would u have bought something else instead? Technically the only difference is in its hardware a larger screen no camera... that ipad is no mac computer.

I for one like flash and haven't ever experienced problems with it on my computer and rarely have had issues on my EVO.

Now, I know this is an Epic thread, but some general things that has impressed iPhone users I know are: The size of the screen (EVO & Epic), the Super AMOLED screen (Epic), the pull down notification bar (they seem to love this), widgets (why apple didn't do this blows me away- didn't they invent glancable information with widgets on OSX?), and last but not least- the ability to personalize and really make my phone unique and optimal for my uses.

Maybe I missed this but did anyone mention the keyboard yet? I have the Evo and although I don't really miss the hardware keyboard I don't think I'll ever be able to type as fast as when I had one.

I also hate PDFs and they always crash my PCs, but they look pretty good on the iPad.

Anyhow, anyone who thinks that an iPad is just a big iPhone needs to use an iPad. Personally, I hate apple and make fun of mac/apple zealots and users. When the specs for the iPad were announced, I panned it and made fun of it. The day it came out, I thought "let me check some reviews". I was super impressed. Then all these people at my work said "oh, you want to see my iPad?" and I played with a couple, couldn't believe how they worked... but then I didn't have the money to get one... I then got a raise befor the day was over. So I went out and bought one on the way home. I bring it everywhere with me now.

The specs of the ipad is not that bad..it has the A4 which is the brother of the Hummingbird...that said GTab > iPad >.> lol

And speaking of PDF..wasn't PDFs what allowed for ipads/iphones to be jailbroken via visiting a website?

yeah, I read something about that, but I only look at pdf's from work.. and I only view gmail, return to the pit, facebook for wabpages on it.
Love playing Plants v Zombies on it.
I want a good native final fantasy on it... maybe a good diablo clone.
Underworlds on it is pretty greap, but they need to expand it.
The game Osmose is awesome.

I love the iPad cause it does 95% of what a laptop does, but I don't have to worry about it over heating on my bed at night. Also, I only have to charge it once a week.

I think soon, I'll buy: "LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4"

Not all laptops overheat..you just have to know what to buy..for example..never buy Nvidia for laptops..they are ALL faulty...which they try to cover up with money, drivers and increasing fan speeds.
