Consider adding the following: per CS rep. "What's a MSL, and why do you think you need it?" Then hang up and try again (keep repeating as necessary)...

hahahahahaahaha too funny ......... its the truth rather your method .. 1st got the EPIC was having syncing problems w google n FB .. SINCE MOD n rooting .. I HVANET HAD SUCH ISSUE .. PPCGEEKS N XDA HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFULL THAN ANY SPRINT ADVISOR ... AS OF NOW LOL
