need help with wifi tethering on rooted epic 4g

IF you are using android-wifi-tether.. download it directly from the site the Pre9 version

all i did was download the wifi tether from the market and it worked

The download link says download doesn't exist. I haven't gotten wireless tether with any program yet. I did get easy tether to connect by usb but really want wifi.

I tether with my epic all the time. I am using the Bonsai Rom V2.0.1 what Rom are you using? Tethering does work some people have complain that it is not stable. I have some problems in the beginning but after I reflash my phone and manually reinstalled my applications I have had no problems. I have heard that this application does not work on all Rom versions.

I'm on stock rom....got rooted and my tethering does work now...sorry I shoud have mention it earlier...
