THIS IS WHAT I DID!!! Your welcome to try if you like so far it's been performing nicely no pop ups. FIRST I odin'd back to ec05 stock rom and installed oneclick clockwork mod 2.5... SECOND on my pc i made a copy of the acs-ed12.zip file that allowed me to alter it without changing the original. I used WinRAR to OPEN the file i did not extract. In WinRAR open the system file and then open the media file from there I deleted the chargingwarning.qmg file HOWEVER THIS ALONE MIGHT SOLVE THE PROBLEM but I also went into system file then into bin file and deleted charging mode DUNNO IF THIS WAS NESSECARY BUT IN MY CASE I ACTUALLY DID THIS FIRST and had no choice. LASTLY I moved the acs-ed12copy.zip file to my sdcard and did the old 3x data, cache, dalvik etc. etc. wipe and installed using clockworkmod and BAM!!! After that and the keyboard workaround this rom is up and running like a kenyan athlete....

Just a quick update it DID NOT WORK .... I just started getting the pop ups again also I had the battery widget on as well and no luck SORRY ALL ....

I'm going to go back to EC05. I can't take Visual Voicemail not working.
Plus, it's turning off all the time (and as the battery gets lower, it happens none stop) and I'm only getting 8hrs out of my 3500mah battery.
Can't wait for GB to be real.
