Re: [ROM] midNIGHT ROM v2.9.3 EXT4 CW3 Redirect 1/22/2011

2.9.3 flashed super smooth and easy. No problems. The funny thing is that yesterday I said I had no intention of ever flashing the no journal mod, and I just did it. All the complicated 27 step bull$hit is gone. Just Odin to stock DK28, run One-Click-Root with CWM3 and wait for it to reformat the phone to EXT4, flash the no journal mod and then flash 2.9.3. Easy as pie. the whole thing took me about 30 minutes. ROM is fast and stable and the redirect is fixed. Great job!!!

For wireless tether I am using this:

Android wi-fi Tether

PDANet will give you usb tether and it allows 4G speeds. One really cool thing about PDANet is that if you are using it and you get a text message it pops up on your computer screen. Just search for it on the Market.

Both work great with this ROM.

I don't know if you will get charged for the Sprint hotspot.....I've never used it.

The new midNIGHT ROM v3 ROM is great and being automatic is a time saver. No problems installing here over v2.9.3. Thanks ptfdmedic for your excellent work!

Re: [ROM] midNIGHT ROM v3 EXT4/CW3/Redirect/No Journaling AIO 1/24/2011

took longer to download then to install!! lol ..
here something thats been bothering me. i dont think its ur rom, i think its all dk28 roms.

when i send a text it always seems to send it ahead of time. it kinda bugs me cuz it makes my messages all screwed. sometime i reply to some ones question and it shows that i replyed be for they even sent me a text. u know what im saying.

if he sent me a text at 5:10pm, and i reply (quicky), it shows that i sent my text at 5:05pm, in the text window my reply will be above is first sent message.
it gets pretty confusing for both of us. cuz when he gets it, it shows i sent it before he sent his.

does this happen to anybody else?? what do i do??
