im curious if anyones elses windows wont stay in the up (hidden) position when you hit the little arrows on them on the main portal page. i use the portal alot and dont like having to scroll as much as we have to right now because of all the announcments. no offence mods. anyway we can have the positions we choose stick?

Work-a-round for those annoying announcements
if you go to the forums tab and click New Posts on the left then u see the threads without having to scroll past them because you g0t rid of them !!!

Note: You can also select New Posts on the right side from the home tab. (or better yet, just bookmark this url )

now its working like it should, that is... if you hide those announcements they stay hidden

I upgraded the portal page and I grouped all the news announcements together in one module.
