I believe anyone can use the scales, regardless of the number of posts they have.

I will talk it over with the staff and see how they feel about discontinuing the scales.

so i notice the scale system is now gone.. which is cool i like this system much better! Yet more brilliant work from MindFrost, i love what you're doing for the site mate!!

yup the change is definately better, and i agree with doing away with negative rep -- you can just report a post if it's that bad --

As far as the adjustment working 'too well' i think right now there's just a novelty aspect to it... hopefully when that dies down it will really add value to the reputation system like it should.
