Re: Reputation System
I apologize for anyone getting flamed for posting in an old thread. The rules are to search and if it's already posted, please don't start another topic. This is the reason when you start a new thread you see the box of related posts coming up. Please don't let others opinions stop you from posting in old threads if you are discussing the same topic.

Re: Reputation System
i think the reasn ppl get "flamed" for waking up old threads is not for asking a ? but posting thanks instead of pushing thanks or asking a question that promotes redundancy in a thread where the question has been answered and the answer could have been found...2 cents.

Re: Reputation System
I see what you are saying. In that case, when they are trying to just say thanks on an old thread, they should press thanks and if the thread is useful and can help others, then say: bump, thought this was helpful or something to that nature as well as thanking the post.
Who knows if these people will read this?? |
