I am having issues with staying logged in. I am logged in when viewing the forums or usercp, but when I click home it shows me as logged out. When i go back to forums i am logged in again.

Weird but not the end of the world

You might have to clear your cookies. Is anyone else having this issue?

If i may...

This has to do with the fact cookies stored on the client-side are referenced to a specific domain or realm, ie, "www.ppcgeeks.com". Since you folks were redirecting everyone to an IP address, the browser had no way to match up the current client-side cookies with what was now being displayed in the address bar. Taking away the redirect and just allowing everyone to goto www.ppcgeeks.com eliminates the problem, hence why most folks are now suddenly working.

ppcgeeks.com points to the portal and forum.ppcgeeks.com points to the forums. In vB the default option for cookies is to use the URL you access the site with. So if you get here using forum.ppcgeeks.com, that's how the cookie will be saved.

I just changed it to save cookies as .ppcgeeks.com, so now it shouldn't matter what URL you use to access the site, but you might still have to clear your cookies for this to correct itself.
