not to threadjack, but it says you're from illinois... Rockford area by any chance?



BTW, I queried some random name servers, and it seems that propagation is complete!

I'm having trouble downloading files from the FTP site. I've tried to get two different ROM Kitchens now and they both finish at way less than the actual file size so I get CRC and unexpected end of file errors when extracting them.

Oh... I hope you didn't know anyone affected by the shootings there. My mom had class that night... luckily it happened before she left home.

She's a teacher in Belvidere, and one of her student's brothers was shot in the head and in the shoulder... Still in critical condition. Its absolutely horrible.

My mother-in-law works there and was about 3 blocks from where it happened. I know a couple students too but none of them were around there. Its hard to believe it happened so close to home!

Use a download manager like Free Download Manager (free, good, no spyware, open source).

I'll just wait until it's fixed. I just finished zero-filling my hard drive and doing a fresh install of XP / Vista Ultimate x64 dual boot. Don't want to install anything just so I can download files from the ftp site.

Thanks for the suggestion though.
