Interesting. What apps do you use? Is there such a thing as a GPS diagnostic or app utility like Quick GPS made for the HTC devices so I can try and figure out the problem?

As far as picking up sats, I have waited, waited and waited some more without touching the device, running other apps, putting it in clear view of the sky and trying multiple apps (not simultaneously) as stated earlier and still nothing has worked.

Have you tried the phone with VZNav? IF it doesn't work with that, then you most likely have a hardware problem.
