The first thing you'll need is a file explorer that can overwrite ROM files. Resco Explorer will work.

Then, all you have to do is download that zip file and extract it into the Windows folder. Resco Explorer will ask you to if you want to overwrite the files. Say yes. Soft reset. Problem solved.
