Can't Add A New Contact- i910

Hi Everybody!
Here's an interesting issue...I flashed up to Adryn's CF03 3_0 Vanilla ROM, and lost the ability to add any new contacts or phone numbers. I can't save any additions through the phone interface (at the keypad) or directly through the Add Contacts page. If I select "Contacts" ---> "New" --->"Select Contact Type" --->"Outlook Contact'' the application simply kicks me back out to my main contact list. I do have all my regular entries restored from M$ MyPhone, so the the bulk of my regular stuff is there and functional. I can also edit my existing contacts W/O any problems. Has anyone else seen, or dealt with this before? I did find a couple of similar posts for other devices & ROMs, but nothing that would help me here. I have tried 2 hard resets, as well as a complete PDA re-flash with Adry's ROM with no change. Most Impressive...:-k

Thanks for your help!!

Blazingwolf - Thanks for the quick reply. I must have overlooked it in the thread. I'll be sure to do some more digging once I get back from work.:study:
If I don't find it for some reason...I'll beg for a link to it.
Thanks again!

Hey blazingwolf, i too would like to know the FIX for the add contacts issue, not the add through phonebook workaround, its really annoying to have to add contacts manually, Thanks. I had the same issue with the cab. I extracted the files from the cab and copied them to the Windows folder and it worked perfectly. Extracted files attached just copy them to the phone and use something like Resco File Explorer to overwrite the original system files in the windows folder.

Alright, thanks for the info. I'll give that a try and get back to you and let you know how it worked!

Maybe I'm being slow, but I can't apply this fix. When you say copy the files into the Windows folder and overwrite files, where exactly do you mean? I don't even see these files in the Windows folder, and when I just place them there, it never fixes the issue.
