lol, no i wasn't uploading the rom to the phone thank god, i was downloading the rom from the website and my modem turned off because of the power. power is back up and running...going to dl again with a mirror site.

Oh dear heaven, I forgot just how hideous WM 6.1 was.

Flashing to Adryn's 6.5 Vanilla 4.2 now. Will update soon with how it went

It looks like aGPS works! instant lock after installing GM. it had my location within 1400 meters but it had me.

Custom ROMs work with this update!!

I didn't think they wouldn't, but it's nice to know for sure. I was able to succesfully flash to Adryn's Vanilla 4.2 based off of the CF03 update (which means the other chefs ROMs should work with the official update as well)

I obviously haven't had time to go hunting for bugs yet, but at least it boots up and functions properly from what I can tell
