GPS Letter to Verizon

LOL - I just bought one of these "phones" and I have to laugh at VZW! Today I decided to torture myself again by calling and asking about the GPS. The rude lady I spoke to put me on hold and came back saying there is nothing on enabling the GPS and then went on about VZNav....

I should no better, since the don't know what they are selling, troubleshooting or doing at all.

I was using a Curve, another GPS crippeld device, and the latest VZW Laugh was when I called about a known bug. They don't know of it so they sent me a new Curve. Oh well their lack of knowledge cost them another phone for me for free!

I like the Omnia - but maybe it should go back. And certainly not for another crackberry!

i bought my girl a curve 8830 and her gps works. and yes we are on verizon. i think it works with the blackberry map thing program or whatever it is. im not a big fan of BBs but ha, they have gps on verizon so they 1 up us right now.
