Exclamation Help with Problem please...

OK so i had a RPhoneMan.exe error... Did some research found out that it was Recso explorer and contact manager problem so uninstalled them and was going to reinstall them, but it wont completly remove them, and when i try to reinstall them it fails everytime. any ideas ?

Basically need to be able to completly remove the resco programs without hard reset if possible so i can reinstall them or use other ones.

Thanks

oh btw im using CC20 ROM

*Edit*

Since this problem having a lot of trouble opening things like mem maid,GCz II , any 3rd party apps to be honest, something about not trust worthy certificates, these have all worked without 24 hours lol, and only thing changed was i installed a htcsensors.cab file from sztupy...

any help is really appreciated, really don't wanna have to hard reset if possible...

Re: Help with Problem please...

Go to \windows\startup, and temporarily remove those items.

Soft reset, and try the uninstall again.

Re: Help with Problem please...

They sound like broken installations.

Sorry, can't really be more specific than that.

Re: Help with Problem please...

OK so if i hard reset what do i lose? what do i need to backup like photos and contacts and how can i if the backup program wont run cos of some silly certificate problem any idea?

It wont let me install anything like resco backup again, so im not sure how to back up my stuff, any idea?

So is there no way to completly remove all resco programs, because it wont let me uninstall them, and i cant install anything else either. but it let me uninstall googlemaps so its defo a resco problem...

grrr lol

Does a hard rest wipe the 8 gig my storage as well as the phone memory? is there a way of backing this up, without having a backup program cos resco died , and cant install anything
