Hard reset loses everything thats saved on whatever you hard reset, be it the device, my storage, etc.

The only other alternative is a manual removal, which is a PAIN. Probably quicker to HR.

in the hard reset option in the setting menu, which do i wanna do, just reset phone memory, or clear all data ?

my first time doing this.

So does that mean my Garmin, Goolemaps etc..programs and stuff will work again, cos they are running from the My storage? or will i still need to reinstall everything?

Also do i need to write down my contacts because i cant back them up, and dont wanna lose them

You will most likely still need to reinstall everything, but if you reinstall over top of them, you should retain your settings, if they were not registry based.

Does anyone know a better contact manager then Resco? as i found out its resco that wont let me use my smart reader whats some other decent ones?

Oh a decent file explorer would be nice to, other then resco, if not ill use resco

Well im back up and running, and now using Iconsoft PhonEx instead of resco contact, which now it lets me use smart reader as well still using resco explorer, seems to be working ok was a pain to redo everything but at least everything is working again lol
