How To Edit Omnia "Verizon Wireless" Banner or Widget

Just wondering if anyone knows the process for doing this. Hex editors work on regular phones to do this, but havn't been able to access the widget file nor can i find the registry location to edit it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
