How To Edit Omnia "Verizon Wireless" Banner or Widget

Just wondering if anyone knows the process for doing this. Hex editors work on regular phones to do this, but havn't been able to access the widget file nor can i find the registry location to edit it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

there was a very small program i seen a while back that you can change it to anything. i forget what it was. check on ppcwarez.com
