Once again, apples and oranges. Let us know when you find a successful GPS suit.

My, my, my another angry jealous individual that their hard earned money pays my cell phone bill. If you read carefully I provided many examples, not the least the complaint about the Blackberries' lock GPS and why it was unlocked to work with Orator (the screen reader). Now, I asked if he could provide one example of an unsuccessful section 255 complaint. Nope, nada nothing. So it is you that cannot "put up or shut up". Oh thanks for the free cell phone service, I appreciate it.

I'm trying to figure out how you think this will work but hey you are the lawyer. Good luck with it.

It will be interesting to see if you can make this a 255 by yourself.

Since when do you have to be more then one person to file a 255 complaint. I sure didn't need to be more then one person when my complaint got one of VZ's competitors to give me free cell service for life. Now that is a 255 complaint. I assume the situation is the same with a sec 504 lawsuit as my pal Dr. Day was merely an individual when she sued VZ.
