Why does a program install to My Device when I select My Storage?

I have a game I am installing, around 1.7MB in size. When i run the CAB on my Omnia it asks me where I want to install it, I select MY STORAGE but it always installs it to My Device anyway. Is there any way around this?

Im gonna assume that since this is the omnia forum, you're using that device.

I have noticed that as well which it really isn't all that big of a deal since 'My Storage' is basically on the 'Device' anyway but if it would make you feel better, once the game installs, you can always 'cut' and then 'paste' to the device memory if you want.

It depends on how the cab file was made. If it is designed to install files in to your windows folder then it won't matter if you tell it to install somewhere else. These types of cabs should not give you the option on where to install but people forget to set them that way when they make the cab.
