I have my Omnia fully flashed to Cricket. The same steps could be used to reprogram it to Alltel if you knew all Altel's usernames/passwords etc.

You will Need Samsung PST and the i910 dll, not QPST.

Cricket resells VZW airtime. Altel was a different carrier.
