Just taking a long shot...is there a folder for "junk" on the PC version of the email account that doesn't show on the Omnia still being counted as unread?

i did go through all folders in my hotmail acct from my cell and all folders from my hotmail pc version and mark all email to read...but still 1 as unread..
i went to the email account in tree view mode and found a blue "(1)" next to my hotmail inbox folder and obviously nothing in my inbox folder. beside factory reset, i am waiting for any kind of advice from you guys.....tks

I have this same problem with SMS/MMS on an alltel htc vogue 6900.
Tried changing the registry and running that .cab as well as another .exe

Still nothing.

Have you tried deleting the email account to see what happens? When you delete an account it will also delete the emails. If you delete it and it still sticks, then I would guess it would be something other than the email causing it.

If it does reset it, then you can set up the email account again and see if it sticks again...

i may be new to omnia but i cant remove hotmail account. If its yahoo or gmail which i have them also but they were good...
