I am using MemMaid 2.2 B 111 and there is an option Storage Usage that shows how much space is taken by various categories such as:
My Storage, Program Files, Application Data My Documents, etc.
You can then select various options under that such as:
File Finder, CAB Installer, Installed Apps.
With Installed Apps you can see how much each app takes up.
