ok, i got it for my vmail!

i want to do it for my bank (citizens) so i put the bank number in 1888 910 4100, then i have to put three p`s in as its a long wait...then i put a 1 followed by three p`s then my account number 5653263256 then the last four of my social 5652
so it looks like this

18889104100 ppp1ppp1ppp5653263256#p5652

right??
if so its not working...
any thread on this topic?
