Thanks so much for posting this! The instructions worked exactly as you described. I found this with a Google search because I'm going to a rustic hotel in a tiny coastal town for vacation that has no internet. Now I can journal my vacation on my blog! Thanks!

when i try to install the ICSinstall.cab on my phone it says "installation was unsuccessful" i notices that the link says its 174kb but the download comes out at 3kb :\ is there another place you can download the ics? THANK YOU! :)

downloaded it just now...it works fine...where are u downloading the file to...?

i was downloading it to the computer but i got it to work by downloading it directly to my phone... but another issue has presented itself... it was working great yesterday but today my wifi wont turn on at all... its like my phone doesnt have it anymore... im afraid i may have to do a hard reset :P

in power sstring turn off the wifi power saving feature...may have to soft reset
