Omnia 910 syncing Office 2007 using SSL

I've been able to setup Outlooking on my computer with no issues, but when it comes to PPC I'm in over my head. I've read a lot, but I'm just not getting it to work or I'm not following directions.

1. I'm using an exchange server: PLHE12-VS1.pilot.jdp.us.army.mil
2. The following needs to be installed on PPC, I don't know how: install the DoD root certs on your phone http://dodpki.c3pki.chamb.disa.mil/rootca.html install CA 2 and CA 3.
3. SSL Connection

I'm not really sure what else needs to be done in order to setup my device. I can sync contacts, notes, tasks, and calender, but It will not check e-mail.

My goal is to use active sync to sync my phone wireless.

If I need to give more information, please let me know.
