New Omnia User Questions for Optimization

I got the watcher working...I had to install it on "Main"...Now it is on to customization...

Any good references for that?

Thanks...with regards to the optimization, I was talking about what programs I can remove from startup, etc...Thanks for all of the help and I am off to install Spb Mobile Shell....Oh boy

Cellebrite is a third party program installed into smart phones from a celebrite machine at the store you went to to have your contacts transferred from your old phone to your new one. I work at a Verizon agent...you can delete it with no problem whatsoever.

Anyone know how much memory Cellebrite takes? I will look for it and take it out myself, but in reading this, it isn't a real uninstall as much as a 'delete the install file' right?

What clcok did you use for your clock and what is the name of the button set you used for the VERY bottom buttons (where you choose between home, calendar, etc...)
