It isn't that I don't like it. There are just a couple of really ANNOYING things that bug me. First, the keyboard covers up the conversation and you can't see what your typing. I HATE that. I have to hide the keyboard, then bring it up again, then it resizes the window correctly. It's really bad if your in the conversation while you receive a text. Second, it just looks boring compared to PocketCM. Third, the hold to send button in Pocket CM is pretty cool.

Re: Pocket CM on my Omnia

I have uninstalled Pocket CM. I liked the program a lot but it just didn't live up to expectations. Sorry...

Phantom27....a couple things:

Never appologize for customizing to fit your needs....if we all used the same things, there wouldn't be any style or need for these forums !!!!

What didn't you like? Just curious to see if we can take what you liked + disliked and maybe find an app that fits you!!

I didn't like the fact that when I clicked on my 'text' message icon on HTC Home that it would load the default threaded messaging. I wish it would completly take over. I hate how sometimes it would load and sometimes the default would load.

I am looking into (a reg entry possibly) accompliching this as well. I do find that if you keep PocketCM running in the background it will pop to the front (in facr Tene even made this an option in the latest version) when a text comes in.

I'll let you know!!

Isn't that the date that the message was sent.

Re: Pocket CM on my Omnia

I really liked how Pocket CM looked and operated (espically in the text messaging. I personally don't really car about the contact portion of Pocket CM (which is funny since it is 'pocket contact manager').

What I really wish is that Pocket CM would fully intregrate into WM. I hated how sometimes it would load up the Pocket CM version of a text message from someone else when I was trying to reply to a text message from a different person. It just didn't seem to completely 'work'.

Re: Pocket CM on my Omnia

Phantom27...what version are you on? Tene has a 'beta' version that is looking pretty good. A lot faster, and other little tweaks. I haven't seen what your mentioning, but there is hope because Tene is constantly tweaking + rewriting!!
