Pink camera??

I took pictures of various white objects (both shiny and not so shiny) around my house with your settings and with various other settings. I was not able to duplicate your "pink" spots. I would say that since you are still in the 30 day window just return the phone to the place you got it from. I know it is a hassle, but you shouldn't have to pay $35 for a replacement phone, especially when it is within the 30 days. Since the store's phones seem to have the same problem, just go to another store to get a new Omnia.
