Firstly, after a month of the phone working like a dream, I am now having problems making / receiving calls. Under the wireless manager, the phone option has "O2 Mobile Web" showing in the box. If I turn this to "On" I can call without problem (for about 2 minutes) however the phone then automatically reconnects to O2 Mobile Web, changing the setting and therefore cutting me off.... The O2 customer service are of no help (the Omnia isn't a phone they support).

Secondly (and a minor problem compared to above) - anyone know how I stop getting the notification message which appears on the bottom left when an email or text appears? If I try to make a call I always have to view the notification first.

Thanks for any help you can give
1. The only thing i can think of is that you might have the Enhanced GPS setting enabled to auto download. Look in Settings / System to check this.

2. Go to Settings / Personal / Sounds and notifications - Under the Notifications tab change the event type to email or SMS and untick the 'Display Message on Screen' option.
