Re: Omnia problems and solutions thread!!!

I also noticed that in this version 6.5 vanilla there is no longer a 2.0 for network framework but that 3.5 is their. Maybe wrong but it is O for value. Should it not be a 1 so that it is on? Before we use to :

switch on /and off the netframework:

2.0 1 change to a 0
3.5 0 change to a 1

just don't wanna screw it up

thanks

I've tried thousands of times for hours, and I've been EXTREMELY patient. So now, I can't pass the screen and I can't sync my phone with my laptop because I formated it. The only thing I can think about is to find a software to communicate with my Omnia without ActiveSync, so I can edit the start file (I think it's called "welcome"), pass the Align Screen and edit the Registry with the correct values.
Do you know it there's such a software to communicate with my Omnia without ActiveSync?
Thanks for your help!!!
I'm having the same issue with the alignment screen after the official vzw update...anybody else?

Re: Omnia problems and solutions thread!!!

Hi all,
I have updated my phone to the official update of vzw and to blazingwolf's m3 update. I have also updated my friends omnia to it also. There seems to be a problem with his. He noticed that his phone doesnt viberate when the text message screen is open on the texting screen. It did this same thing on both of our omnias on the beta roms too. Now it seems that my is fixed and vibs like it should, but his doesnt. I didnt change any settings on my phone from once it was flashed. I dont know why his will not do it. Any ideas on what to try?

check settings>sounds&notifications>notifications>select new text under events>then make sure vibrate is selected. Should work whether your in the messaging screen or not.

Re: Omnia problems and solutions thread!!!

after the verizon update, i can no longer drag to select multiple files in file Manager. Is this a fluke or is this how the update works?

If this is how it is w/ the update, any suggestions for how to select multiple files in File Mgr?
