Yes. Since they got ready of the dual flash and video/hardware accelerator in VZW phone. I did not notice that until i installed MS 3.5.1 and the 3D carousel wasn't so 3D anymore (more like 2D). MS 3.5.1 still looks great on O2 though. The Tahoma fonts looked like crap so I changed it to a font from Nokia that I got from XDA. Looks much, much better.

Battery life seems good.

FYI: I notice that screen lock on the O2 has a player for controlling FM radio and music when the phone is locked. Now that's nice.

Is it better that the Omnia 1, yes. But does not live up to what I expected. I guess thougth that the GSM version would be just what the doctor ordered. I should move to Canada and used the Bell verzion

Actually, the graphics acceleration is still there, you just need to change the GL settings in the MS 3.5 registry keys. It's floating around either on modaco or xda dvelopers. I've done it, and you do get the 3D carousel.

Agreed, I can't wait for the custom ROMS that will free up so much space in the device. Get rid of all that Verizon crap and most of the Samsung crap (though I like the clock and calender) It will be so quick and slick once that happens.
