WM 6.5 is Official.....Yet not available

yeah it will. any rom update does a hard rest. its not an ota update that would keep your setting and installed programs

They made the tp1 better even with a wierd bug in pretty much all custom roms, but if 6.5 is as snappy as 6.1 for the tp2 then stock im staying, a fast rom with hardly andy bugs (they have been working on it for ever) compaired to a custom rom not much faster with bugs and fixes,,, Im gonna stay official for now....

Im not a noob and have been around the custom roms alot, I respect the cooks and they did great things to our tp1, but dont tell me you will flash aa custom rom and have everything in working order like the official one......

This is just simply not true. i have tried several custom roms that didn't have any bugs, and i have also tried several that did have bugs. Like i stated earlier i prefer chefs like JD who cook up clean roms and let you add your own programs. These roms are very lightweight and only have the essentials. They aren't loaded with usless programs, tweaks and trying buggy versions of TF3D. I don't know what roms you use but you obviously need to try some new chefs

Ok simple question i do NOT have any backup program on my phone but i have a ton of programs and tweaks on my phone what is the most easy way to do this since we will have to hard reset the phone when we put the new windows on it?

Heck i got all kind of programs and tweaks most do not take a lot of time but some do any thoughts?

There is really no way to back up your tweaks. For your programs you can install them to the memory card and then drop the shortcuts into the program folder of the new rom. For you contacts, calendar, and text messages i suggest microsoft myphone. I love it and it has never failed me.

dude, iv tried them all, including JDs, well soon Hard SPL will be out, ill remember ya name and read the rom threads and hopefully i never see ya in there asking for a fix....... I dont know why me staying official is such a big deal to you, and im not a noob, ive flashed, mighys, Jds, Psyki, merdihn, And many many more.... Im not the only one that knows along with Most (99% ive tried and read on) custom roms their is also alot of headaches in the fixes.... Once again I couldnt do better and the fixes are always fast, but then when ya get it like ya want and all fixed up, then there is a new release and ya gotta start all over on the fixes etc...... I know your a VIP and know alot, but this is something I dont know where your coming from, fixing and all that may be fun to you, but I dont want to fix nothing................ Im waiting for the official 6.5 for now, but may end up going custom and rolling with the fixes like everyone else...

young_breedent, how about this, find a thread on a rom that no one in there complains about some wierd issues! Then Maybe ill give ya the credit of trying to say most roms dont need fixes.........
