I like this splash screen and sound of the HTC Symbol Squishing the Apple. Sound is timed to go perfectly together.

These can be applied with Advanced config.

No, using swedish stock ROM, check my signature. Funny thing is, before I copied the splash I wanted to \Windows as "welcomehead.192.png" I opened the original one, and it was the WM6.1 one. When I had copied the new one and I opened it, it was the new one so it must be some other .png in the Windows dir which is the same as welcomehead.192.png. Right now I'm using the original one, it doesn't really bother me, but it would look so much nicer (spelling? =D) with a custom splash
