Splash Screens

Here are some of the different splash screens I have made. For now they are VGA only. They are in .cab format for easy install/uninstall. The cab names correspond with the labels on the picture.
***They do look a whole lot better on your phone's high DPI screens. I sized them down (obviously) in the image below so they lost a lot of quality. The Carbon fiber ones have a ton of detail that you can see on phone and not here.*** http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/a...eryLabeled.png ***dwizzy130 CF2Windows Phone splash Screen.cab is in the second post.*** http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/a...zy01/logos.png A special thanks to m.carroll for providing us with the official Microsoft Windows Phone logo images. dwizzy130 |

The first image is the true boot splash and it can only be changed by turning an image into an .nb file, then to an .nbh and then you flash it to the device. This thread sortof goes over it, read all the post cause the first one is the GSM model. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=431161 Also, attached is the image you wanted. dwizzy130 |
Re: Splash Screens
Do anyone know why my splashscreen is not 100% fixed? I mean, I chose another splash in Advanced Config (I have it on \My documents as .png and all that), but before my edited one loads up it still shows the WM6.1 splash for like 5-10 seconds. Any clues?

Is it a real png or did you just change the file extension? dwizzy130 |
