Manila 2D Theme Files List Needed

I have a Treo Pro & run a version of Manila 2D. I am not a themer, but there are a couple of themes I'd like to do a little "mix & match". And parts of another I'd like to recolor (notifications from green to red). So, I'm hoping there might be a list of what files do what.
