I decided not to use slide to unlock. What EXE should I point the icon towards to do the OEM lock?

I was using the custom 3.5 going before Starcom updated the official one to 3.3, but that was Very buggy, and I don't recommend it. It was fast enough, but unstable and often froze up or gave me DSOD.
Next I went to Yuma's Custom 3.3, this worked fine, was slightly slower than the custom 3.5, but was faster than the official 2.7, and was stable enough.
After that I went to the official 3.3; this was stable and fast enough, but loaded with junk and I had virtually No freespace after getting all of my requirements packed in.
Finally, I am now running my own custom 3.5 based on the official 3.3; It is mostly no junk and uses many programs that are used in the theme, like TCPMP, Live Search, and 1-Calc. I now have free space left over and the speed and stability are good and great.

for some reason i dont have themes folder in
\Program Files\Lakeridge\Wisbar Advance\Themes

so i just created it...anybody else notice this?

have a quick question...the bottom icons (phone, mail, web, ipod) are not appearing. the number showing missed calls and mail is showing but not the icons?

somebody please help

you didnt install the default themes for WA2 when installing, thats why you didnt get the themes folder, creating it is fine and will work well.

thanks lazyboy. shoulda read it before! sorry...but great skin! Just had a two questions:

1. The landscape mode has a blue background and no buttons...im guessing i have to do the what is says in post 1 but what about the blue background?
2. Will wifi notification popup when a network is found?

ok... got mine running... im using aku2.7 right now... extremely slow compared to the old 3.5 i had.. but i don't want to install that one because it had so much added junk i don't want. lazy is there anyway you could send me your rom? or if you have it, the stripped down 3.3? if not its cool... i'll dload the 3.3 and strip it down myself.. but i was hopin to save some time.. anywho... heres the problems i've run into:

1. when switched to landscape, the background is the windows blue... i checked the setting to make sure the ipod background was selected, which it is... but it won't show up...

2. for some reason the happy tapping keyboard won't stay as default... when i go to input, it keeps changing back to the default keyboard... i can't get it to stay on the happy one..

other than those two problems i have had great success with this... unfortunately i think the problems i'm having, have nothing to do with what you've done... i think its the programs glitching... so i'll try to figure it out... but if you find a cure let me know

Great tutorial! I have a question regarding the little red circle with the number of unread sms messages. Is there any way to change that so that it shows the total number of unread emails (for multiple email accounts)? Also, the calendar icon that has the date in it keeps changing to tomorrow (reads 26 right now and the time is correct), no matter how many times I set it back to today. Is there a fix for this?

one other thing... i can't find the palm sms anymore, ANYWHERE... palm got pissed about it... says its an invasion of intellectual property... do you know of any active links?

1. Hold the stylus down on some blank space on the main page and go to Page>Wallpaper, select the black background from that theme's folder.
2. Yes, the wifi detection will still work.

2. I had this problem once too, here is the fix:
Go to File Explorer and travel to Windows\StartUp, IMDefault should be in there, if it is not (it probably isnt, since it isnt working), you need to go to Windows\Programs\ and tap and hold on IMDefault, select Copy. Go back to that startup folder and tap hold some empty space and select paste shortcut.

Suprmatt:
1. To actually add the variables, I do not think it is possible. You can select different accounts by setting the text to %Unread:XXXX%, with the XXXX being your account name (exception: ActiveSync instead of Outlook E-Mail)
2. I'm not sure whats up with the calendar thing you speak of. is the date set correctly in Windows Mobile? and what's the text display set to in WAD?
