Step 3:

Two problems:

1. I couldn't find \Themes\Desktop so I copied the filed to Wizbar Advance\Themes

2. The instructions say "tap and hold the main screen somewhere in the blank space". I'm assuming that this is in the Today view? I click and hold and don't get any options so I can't get to Theme manager.

Problem solved. Wizbar desktop not installed. Then I installed it and it says it's already expired. $20 fixed that..
