Yeah i found that you could install it initially with that NotificationManager.dll but if you wanted to change from that initial installation, you could no longer install any CABs that had that file. That's why some people were able to & some not. As long as you've never installed another CAB with that file, you could.
I tested this over 3 hard resets (had to return my TP2 so i went nuts & tried a lot of things) |
