thanks man..what is this gonna do exactly...cuz i should has stated this before...but, im running spb pocket plus 4...so i dont want anything to change other then the background in the programs and settings pages...ima try this tho and let u kno what i think

This is a totally black today theme. Top and bottom bars, background, start menu. The only thing that isn't black in the text, and in the start menu things are highlighted in a darker grey color. Should do it for ya...

hey man this looks amazing with my spb pocket plus setup...it is tiiiiight...but maybe i worded it wrong or u misunderstood me...this is the page i want to be black...sorry for the missunderstanding

You need a program called UI Tweaker. In it is an option to tweak every color setting in WinMo and you can change your Programs background to black. I've done it. Though dark grey works better since straight black messes some things up.
