This is a totally black today theme. Top and bottom bars, background, start menu. The only thing that isn't black in the text, and in the start menu things are highlighted in a darker grey color. Should do it for ya...

haha i try not to go into it cuz i hate it...thats one the reason im using pocket plus...but i been setting it up the last 3-4 days off and on...but there are some things i left off for the purpose of makin things look more professional...so ill have to go into this page from time to time...also the settings page cuz i change things around alot...i just thought it would be cool to make these pages blk...but i have never seen anything of the sort mentioned...i dont even kno if its possible

EDIT: quick menu is the program that has ur start menu open in like drop menus correct...where all ur programs on in list format in like 2 or 3 seperate little drop menus????

You need a program called UI Tweaker. In it is an option to tweak every color setting in WinMo and you can change your Programs background to black. I've done it. Though dark grey works better since straight black messes some things up.
