As luck would have it yesterday after submitting above screen shot my phone went mad and freezed , took it to cell repair guy with no luck, so I was forced to buy a new phone.
Touch diamond it was. So no more TF2D themes for me.
To dwizzy130 sorry that I could not finish the theme,without a phone I can not test the theme

I will still be making TF3D themes in the near future ,but first have to figure out how.
