NVM, found it. Help How to make a dialer skin.

Ive done some searching, here and google both but i have not found any information. What files / information is necessary to skin a dialer? I have found some i like, but would like to be able to add buttons / change color / font ect. Does anyone have any ideas? Is there a base dialer package somewhere, like a "starter" kit for skinning?

That is close to what im looking for. I would like to be able to make custom layouts for the dialer. Change number size, add buttons ect. Is there any way to make a custom dialer like ones included in the custom roms? I am using this dialer from NexVisions Throttle Vogue rom. How do i customize dialers like this? I really like this dialer, but would like to tweak it a little...

photoshop... check out t dial and generate a theme you wil see all the pictures that it generates. these overwrite the defaults in the /windows folder so make your own images

I did that and did not see anything for changing the layout / position of the buttons. I understand that i can change colors / fonts, but i want to change the whole layout like mentioned above.

Anyone?

You really can't change the actual positions of the buttons or the layout of the dialer.

This is because the dialer is not just images, it uses components that map the dialer to a certain area on your phone.

You can change how the image of the dialer looks. You can edit the image in photoshop to your likings. You will only need patience and a bit of good taste in design

If you want to edit nexvision's dialer isn't just a skin that was placed on top of a dialer, that is a complete separate dialer.

unless your a really good programmer good luck with creating a new dialer setup.
