NVM, found it. Help How to make a dialer skin.

Ive done some searching, here and google both but i have not found any information. What files / information is necessary to skin a dialer? I have found some i like, but would like to be able to add buttons / change color / font ect. Does anyone have any ideas? Is there a base dialer package somewhere, like a "starter" kit for skinning?
